All my food is made by me, from the ice-cream to the pastry and back to the pesto. I use a local baker for bread who is happy to bake my special orders. As much as is reasonably possible is sourced locally.
I am happy to work along side a client who only wants part of a meal provided but required staff throughout the function. I have long serving staff and we've worked together for nearly 10 years.
Every order is unique and special. I don't have lists or set menus I like to discuss what my client likes, dislikes and what budget they have and work from there.
NO VAT and no intention to get that big. A desire to stay small and special.
