Buffets in West Sussex

Jane was utterly fantastic. She helped me to choose a menu for our small dinner party in a rented cottage, arrived on time, prepared a spectacular meal, left the kitchen in immaculate condition, and was reasonably priced (we agreed on £35 per head). I cannot recommend her strongly enough - if you are staying in Chichester, it's an absolute dream having Jane treat you one evening.

Jane recently catered for the gathering following my dads funeral and I was as impressed by Jane on the day as I had been when chatting with her to organise what I wanted. At a very difficult time for me Jane gave excellent practical advice and was calm, reassuring and sympathetic to the circumstances. On the day Jane was already busy in the kitchen when I arrived and she worked quietly and efficiently behind the scenes to serve some wonderful freshly made canapes. Everything was taken care of from the preparation of the food to the tdying up afterward. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jane for any catering needs - I would also suggest you include some pastry dishes in your selection because her pastry was quite amazing.
